Data retention period
The data retention periods are as follows:
– the data of the prospects (person who requested information) are kept 3 years after the last contact from the prospect. At the end of these 3 years, an email will be sent asking if the customer wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting. In case of non-response or negative response, the customer’s data will be permanently deleted or anonymised.
